Why Choose Us For Your Dental Implants?
Click below to learn why we should be your top choice for placement in the Issaquah area.
We’ve been trained by the great pioneers of implant development (Dr. Norm Ickert, Dr. Mike Pikos, Dr. Maurice Salama, Drs. John and Dean Kois). Implant training hasn’t always been part of dental programs, periodontist, and oral surgery residencies Therefore, many dentists and specialists haven’t been thoroughly disciplined in implant installation and restoration. But the Drs. Santiago have sought out and mentored with the top implant specialists throughout the US and Canada. You can have confidence knowing you’re being treated by the best, because we’ve learned from the best.
We use 3D imaging, not 2D X-rays. And we can do it right here in our office. Anyone that has had more than a few dental x-rays knows they can make you literally want to gag. But 3D imaging is far more comfortable for you. Also, this method allows for more precision in the implant process, and precision is important. This precision is not possible with 2D X-rays.
From the 3D image of your mouth, we are able to plan out your surgery and make a surgical template that fits into your mouth to guide the drill – like tracing paper for the dentist. With a guide for the drill, there is no guess-work, reducing the risk of miscalculations and shortening the time you’re in the chair.
A poorly positioned or angled implant can be life threatening, and could shorten its longevity. An improperly installed implant can also make restoring your implant a nightmare, which means it may not look good or last as long as it should. With 3D imaging we guarantee that placing your implant will give you a beautiful, healthy, natural looking result.
Often when getting implants you’re required to visit two different facilities - your dentist may not restore implants, you may have meet the specialist, you may have to be referred to an imaging center. But Santiago Dental Wellness can do it all under our roof, from evaluation to planning to installation and restoration.
At Santiago Dental we understand the entire process. Most surgeons and periodontists plan the surgery without any regard for the final result; this greatly lessens the chance for a perfect, beautiful implant crown, bridge, or implant-supported denture.
With careful planning and flawless execution there is no confusion, no miscommunication; we guarantee beautiful, comfortable results, in a timely manner.
If you want convenience, expertise, and perfection Santiago Dental Wellness is the right choice for you.
We care not only about the surgical precision with which your implant is inserted, but the aesthetics, as well. Not all implant surgeons are concerned with the look of your tooth once it’s installed, but we want your tooth to feel and look flawless - and we have the talent and knowledge to do it. Specialists who place implants never see a patient once the implant is restored. The specialists mostly use a 2D view to assess the success of the surgery. The don’t take a pre and post-3D image to plan and verify that the implant has been accurately placed. If a specialist places your implant incorrectly, restoring it can be a nightmare, meaning your tooth may not look natural. The tooth may look wide, short, too long, or just strange. At Santiago Dental Wellness, we have the skill and artistry to plan strategic placement so that we can create the most beautiful and functional results. Always!
Partnered with our master ceramists and denture technician, we can guarantee that your teeth will look and feel and amazing.
